Our valued team members each contribute a unique set of skills and expertise.
Andrew’s penchant and passion for building started with his Dad, a Naval Captain and tinkerer who taught his son to love the trade at an early age. Andrew attended New England Institute of Technology, where he earned a Construction Management Degree in 2006. In 2008, Andrew moved from Newport, Rhode Island to Aspen with his now wife Eliza to assist with the historic renovation of Elk Mountain Lodge for Avalanche Construction Management.
In 2015, Andrew joined William H. Baker Construction (WHBC) as a Project Manager. Together with the team at WHBC, Andrew has completed dozens of projects in Aspen and Snowmass. These projects vary widely in scale and scope: from new construction to remodels to historic restoration to several commercial spaces including restaurants, a bank, commercial offices, and a total remodel of the top floor of the historic Aspen Elks Building.
Andrew assumed the leadership and ownership of William H Baker Construction in early 2021, changing the name to Burlingame Construction. Bill Baker’s skills and experience will always be an asset to the new company. Andrew will retain the existing team and has added new talent as the company continues to grow.
